Fundamental QI
Methodology
The
3 Frameworks
In this course we take you through the fundamentals of Quality Improvement. This is an essential course which we recommend for all staff, as we go through Triangle4Change©, SO WHAT©, and Model of Improvement.
Introduction to Lean Thinking Principles
Our QI Methodology has been developed based on Lean Thinking principles. Understanding these principles will help you know how to apply the 3 frameworks to any situation, and know which tools and techniques to use.
How to use
data for change
Collecting, presenting and analysing data gives you quantifiable measures of success. This course will help you understand how to use data confidently and measure your QI change work.

At Elliott Blanchard Ltd we love to celebrate success with you and share great stories that can help others on their improvement journey. These stories give you a taste of some of the work we have been involved with over the years
Celebrating Success
Improvement work with theatre teams

This film clip shows Lisa explaining how the methodology used changed culture and delivered efficiencies as the programme was tested, developed and rolled out across 46 theatres.

Meeting accessibility standards for capturing patient feedback
Working with patients, service users and NHS staff, whilst at CRT Health, we designed new ways of capturing feedback from young children, people with learning disabilities and those in long term care. This work led to changes to the NHS England requirements for the Friends and Family Test (FFT)
