Lisa Elliott and Vanessa Blanchard are the co-founders of Elliott Blanchard Ltd, a UK-based healthcare consultancy specializing in quality improvement and cultural transformation within clinical settings. Both are registered nurses with extensive experience in the NHS and commercial sectors, having collaborated for over 15 years to deliver sustainable change across various healthcare environments .
